2012-2013 Studio Policies
Regarding Tuition and Fees

*Tuition is due by the 1st day of each month and is late by the 10th day of each month. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks. Checks may be made out to: Releve ́ Performing Arts Center.

*A $15 late fee will be applied to any account not paid in full by the 10th of each month (this is for all fees, including tuition, costume, recital, and competition entry fees). Late notices will be sent via email. If your account is more than 60 days past due, your child will be ineligible to participate in dance classes or any other studio activities until your account is in good standing. To be eligible to participate in recital, all fees must be paid and your account must have a $0 balance by the recital date.

*Registration fee is non-refundable. No exceptions.

*Each class will purchase one costume for the recital. Company class costume expenses will be determined when choreography decisions are made.

*Costume payments are due in full by November 1st, 2012. You may choose to divide your payment into two equal installments, the first due by October 1st, 2012, the second by November 1st, 2012. Students will not receive their costume(s) until the balance is paid in full.

*Costume refunds: After December 1st, 2012, costumes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If a student withdraws from a class after purchasing a costume, the student/family will be contacted when the costume is available for pick-up. Costumes not picked up by recital will be donated.

*The recital fee is due by February 1st, 2013. The recital fee covers the cost of auditorium rental, sound technician and personnel fees, and related costs to putting on a great show. This allows students to invite as many guests as they like to come enjoy the show, while eliminating the need for ticket sales.

* Seniors in high school will receive free tuition for their senior year. This includes tuition ONLY. The student/parent is still responsible for all administrative and costume fees.

*There is a 10% discount given if tuition for the year is paid in full by September 30, 2012. There is also a $10 family discount for siblings.
